The ECI Framework for E&C Excellence was achieved through years of work with the E&C community. ECI’s research on the impact of programs that meet ECI’s E&C Excellence framework on culture provides further evidence that stronger E&C programs lead to stronger ethics cultures.
The ECI Framework for E&C Excellence
ECI offers third-party review of the quality of an E&C program and its overall impact, which can be essential to avoid or mitigate investigations. The ECI Framework for E&C Excellence was created by E&C professionals for the E&C profession as a powerful tool to measure the maturity of an E&C program, spot gaps, gain input from key stakeholders and benchmark in key performance areas.
The Measurement Framework
As this multi-year project progressed, ECI shared a copy of the Measurement Framework with officials at the Department of Justice, along with a companion report that summarized the work of the organization to define and measure the quality of an E&C program against the highest standards.
ECI’s Framework for E&C Excellence is a systematic way for ethics & compliance officers to demonstrate the success of their programs, define areas that may need improvement and provide evidence of continued program advancement.
