Staying at the Forefront of E&C Training: Innovation is Key
In order to be effective, today’s E&C training must be relevant, timely and engaging. It must also be developed and deployed in ways that are both innovative and agile. ECI’s August Best Practice Forum focuses on how high-quality E&C training programs address challenging issues for maximum impact, schedule learning in ways that accommodate ever-increasing time constraints on lines of business, and harness technology and delivery platforms to create engaging and memorable learning experiences.

- How to quickly create learning opportunities generated by high-profile issues such as racial justice.
- How to focus on core learning objectives helps keep the training relevant even as the delivery modality changes.
