    Alex Keselica
    Risk, Compliance and Assurance Director, BT plc

    Alex Keselica is currently Risk, Compliance and Assurance Director at BT plc based in London. Prior to this, Alex held senior compliance roles at International Airlines Group, the LEGO Group and Rolls-Royce plc. Alex began his career in the business intelligence and investigations practice of the risk consultancy Kroll. He holds a BA in International Politics from American University’s School of International Service and an MA in International Relations from King’s College London.

    Colin Etnire joined BC Partners in New York in 2020. Previously, Colin spent 4 years at The Carlyle Group as an ESG analyst where he worked under the Chief Sustainability Officer to implement an ESG program across Carlyle’s $221 billion AUM platform. Prior to this, Colin worked for the New Hampshire Democratic Party and interned at the White House.

    Karen Alonardo, MSEM, is the Vice President of ESG Solutions at NAVEX Global, formerly the founder and CEO of CSRWare (acquired by NAVEX Global in 2020). Karen has held several key leadership and entrepreneurial positions at Fortune 500, private start-up, and high-growth companies, including Director of Online Operations and Information Systems and Technology at Electronic Arts and VP of Operations at Critical Path, the first technology company to deliver email as a hosted service.

    Director of Partnerships and Market Outreach, SASB

    Nicolai Lundy is SASB’s Director of Partnerships and Market Outreach, where he identifies opportunities for investment analysts, sustainability professionals, and financial reporting professionals to benefit from SASB’s research on financially material ESG factors across 77 industries. SASB standardizes the measurement of sustainability topics have financial impacts on company value, such as safety-related defects for automobile companies, data security for software companies, and water scarcity for agricultural companies. In his role, Nicolai oversees SASB’s education, membership, and licensing programs as well as outreach to investors and civil society. He led the development of SASB’s credential program – the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA Credential).

  • Robert Mascola
    Robert Mascola
    Senior Director, Compliance Programs, Fordham Law School

    Robert Mascola, Senior Director, Compliance Programs, joined Fordham Law School in May 2019, after more than 20 years of working in law and compliance. At Fordham, Bob oversees the growing graduate corporate compliance degree programs and teaches and advises students. Prior to joining Fordham, Bob was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at the world’s largest gold mining company, Barrick Gold, and before that led the ethics and compliance function for Philip Morris International America’s region and served as the global lead for its anti-corruption program. Before going in house, Bob worked as an antitrust attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, where he focused on antitrust litigation, white collar defense, and mergers and acquisitions. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ethics and Compliance Initiative, a leading association of Ethics and Compliance professionals.

    Bob received his Masters in International Affairs at The George Washington University and his JD from Harvard Law School.
