A special invitation from our ECA Board Chair Steve Scarpino, Former Director, Ethics & Compliance for BP
It is not enough for a company to implement an ethics & compliance program. To make sure it is effective; you must measure it and – importantly – understand how it stacks up against industry benchmarks.
We make that evaluation and benchmarking easy for IMPACT 2021 attendees by offering free access to our updated High-Quality Program (HQP) Assessment Tool. This is the third year we are offering this valuable benefit, which will provide your organization a systematic way to demonstrate program success, define areas that may need improvement and provide evidence of continued program advancement. For #IMPACT21, we have added enhancements to the comprehensive HQP report you receive so you can better interpret your results.
There is still time to register for IMPACT 2021, which is taking place April 21-23. This gives you and your company the opportunity to assess and then implement changes to your program in the first half of 2021!
In addition to updated reporting, IMPACT 2021 sessions will drill deep into the five HQP Principles: Strategy, Risk Management, Culture, Speaking Up and Accountability. During these benchmarking sessions, you will learn the strategies that successful businesses use to improve or sustain success and best practices that you can apply at your organization. There will also be brown bag sessions, dedicated to the HQP Assessment, during which IMPACT 2021 benchmarks will be revealed and discussed. These sessions will allow you to see where your company stands in comparison.
Put the IMPACT HQP Roundtable (Let’s Talk HQP), set for 12:15 p.m. ET on April 22, on your calendar to integrate what you have learned from IMPACT 2021 into actionable takeaways with ECI’s Evren Esen, Vice President, Research and Advisory Services; and Christine Lukban, Program Effectiveness Manager.
The Roundtable and other benchmarking sessions are part of the ECI’s unique approach and one of the reasons #IMPACT21 is the Ultimate E&C Benchmarking Event. After attending these IMPACT sessions, you will have tangible strategies that you can embed into your programs to promote real ethics & compliance change.
We know that our conferences offer a great opportunity for networking and peer-to-peer discussions, so we are taking an extra step to ensure that our virtual IMPACT 2021 provides plenty of peer-to-peer networking opportunities, including the ability to meet with one or more of your colleagues face-to-face!
Already registered? Look for an email invitation to take the HQP Assessment. If you have not received it, please contact us at HQP@ethics.org.
