During IMPACT 2022, April 19-22, senior-level officials from both the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and the Exchange Commission (SEC) will be speaking at our annual conference, Specifically, we will be hearing from:

• The Honorable Lisa Monaco, Deputy Attorney General of the United States; and
• The Honorable Dan Berkovitz, General Counsel, Securities and Exchange Commission.

We would like for the dialogue in both sessions to be guided by the interests of our community. We are asking for your help in submitting questions that you would like either General Monaco or Mr. Berkovitz to address.
